Debating
Karamu has a number of Debating teams entered in the inter-school competition at all levels. This year we have three Year 9 teams, two Year 10 teams plus a Senior team. There are opportunities for both prepared and impromptu debates run according to Russell McVeagh competition rules. We are a strong Debating school. Last year one of the Year 9 teams won the Junior Premier Grade. This year one of our students, Alexandra Morris has been selected for the Regional Russell McVeagh Debating Team.
